The Rio is a high security colour printer for all single sided CR80 ID card applications.

It offers superb, high quality, edge-to-edge, high speed printing, on-screen printer status and extremely fast downloads via the built-in parallel and USB interface ports.

Using full colour five panel (YMCKO) dye film, the Rio can download and print a full card image in less than 20 seconds, giving a true 180 cards per hour throughput.

The Rio is built for heavy duty usage and is ideal for both batch printing and occasional issue applications.

DYE FILM LOADING

The Rio and Tango use a new, improved method for loading and changing ribbons. Simple-to-change, drop-in dye-film loading means threading film is a thing of the past. In addition, the printers automatically detect which dye-film you have loaded and inform the PC driver. You can just load and print. It couldn’t be easier!
